Is there really a free plan?+
Yes. The free plan includes the EPK builder, basic website, and your brand quiz results. No credit card required to start. You can use it forever without paying anything. Pro ($5/mo) adds custom domain, full website builder, contacts database, forms, and AI caption generator.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. No phone calls, no retention pressure, no hidden fees. If you cancel mid-month, you keep Pro features until the end of your billing period, then you drop back to the free plan. Your EPK and content stay intact.
What’s the difference between the free and Pro plans?+
Free: EPK builder with music embeds, photos, video, social links, on a Blót subdomain. Pro ($5/mo): Custom domain (yourname.com), full website builder with multiple pages, contacts database for fans and promoters, forms to capture data, AI caption generator, and priority support. Both include the brand discovery quiz.
Do I need a custom domain?+
No, but it helps. A custom domain (yourname.com) looks more professional than a subdomain. It's easier to remember, better for SEO, and works better on flyers and business cards. Pro plan includes custom domain support and you can either buy a new domain through us or connect one you already own.
How does the Branding package work?+
The Branding package is a one-time service, not a subscription. We work with you on your full brand identity: logo, color palette, typography, professional photography, and brand strategy. You walk away with a complete brand kit. Most artists complete the process in 4-6 weeks. Inquire for current pricing.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?+
Yes. Upgrade from free to Pro anytime, the change takes effect immediately. Downgrade by canceling Pro from your dashboard, you'll keep Pro features until your current billing period ends, then automatically drop to free.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. We don't process or store your card details directly. Stripe handles all billing securely.
Is there a discount for annual billing?+
Pro is $5/mo when billed monthly. We're working on annual pricing with a discount, expected to roll out in 2026. Existing monthly subscribers will get first access when it launches.
Do you offer refunds?+
Pro is $5/mo, which is low enough that most users just cancel if they're not happy. If you experience a billing issue or technical problem within 7 days of upgrading, contact us and we'll refund your payment.
