1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Blót (blo7.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, you can't use the service.

2. Description of Service

Blót provides a platform for DJs to create electronic press kits (EPKs), websites, and branding tools. The service includes free and paid tiers as described on our pricing page.

3. User Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Blót can't and won't be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Blót, including text, images, music links, and videos. By uploading content, you grant Blót a license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of the service. You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

5. Free and Pro Plans

The free plan provides an EPK at yourname.blo7.com at no cost, with no time limit. The Pro plan ($5/month) includes additional features such as custom domains, a website builder, and more. You can cancel Pro at any time. Your free EPK remains active if you downgrade.

6. Payment and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Prohibited Use

You can't use Blót for any unlawful purpose, to upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights, to distribute malware, or to harass other users.

8. Termination

Blót reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@blo7.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

Blót is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
